Who requires Food Handler Training?
Food handler training is recommended for any manager, front of house server or kitchen staff working in the food industry.

It is a legal requirement in 7 states (California,Texas, Illinois, Arizona, New Mexico, West Virginia, Hawaii) for anyone working within a foodservice establishment to be Food Handler certified.

Allergen Awareness Training & Exam
1 hour to complete

Who requires Allergen Awareness Training?
Over 15 million Americans have some form of allergy or sensitivity to foodborne illness – and regulations are getting tighter every year.

Currently only 4 states (Illinois, Michigan, Massachusetts and Rhode Island) require a Food Protection Manager to be certified, however, couldn’t someone on your staff benefit from training that teaches staff about the major allergens and how to safely prepare and serve food for those affected?
