Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

By California law, if you have more than 5 employees, you’re required to have employees and supervisors undergo sexual and workplace harassment prevention training every two years. We offer in-person and online certified training courses that meet the California requirements. All training and materials are provided in English and Spanish.

OUR PROCESS: STEP BY STEP

1. For Private On-site Training Sessions
  • Client schedules training
  • EyeSpy implements onsite training at Client location. 
  • Manager trainings are 2 hours. Employee trainings are 1 hour.
2. For Self-paced Online Training
  • Client purchases individual trainings to assign to their employees
  • Employees sign up using a code and go through self-paced trainings, which still meet the minimum one hour requirement for employee trainings and 2 hours requirement for management trainings. 
3. In-Person Manager Training
  • We announce quarterly time and location for training
  • Client signs up managers
  • EyeSpy implements onsite training and manager attends.

As of July 1, 2024, California law SB 553 requires all employers to implement a Workplace Violence Prevention Program (WVPP). This includes providing effective training to employees on recognizing, avoiding, and responding to workplace violence. We offer comprehensive online training and resources to help your business comply with these requirements.

  • Clients purchase individual training sessions to assign to their employees.
2. Workplace Violence Prevention Program (WVPP) Resources
  • Access a customizable WVPP template tailored for restaurants.
  • Download essential posters to display in your workplace, guiding employees and managers on actions during emergency events.
  • These resources are designed to assist in developing and implementing your WVPP effectively.
