EyeSpy’s website and EyeSpy’s Mystery Shopping Services are used for multiple purposes in addition to promotion, such as the (i) provision of EyeSpy’s services to clients and (ii) management of the evaluators and their work product.
By visiting these websites and accessing EyeSpy’s systems, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use or access EyeSpy’s services. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect about you and how we use that information. By accepting the Privacy Policy, you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your p.i.i. (personal identifiable information) as described in this Privacy Policy.
If you choose to use EyeSpy’s services, either as a client or an evaluator, we may require you to provide certain Personal Information. For the purpose of our policy, we use the following definition:
“Personal Information” (PI) is any information that can be used to uniquely identify, contact, or locate a single person or that can be used with other sources to identify an individual. This includes but is not limited to: name, address, phone number, email address, race, nationality, ethnicity, origin, age, gender, family status, etc.
The subject-matter of the collection, processing and/or use of personal data covers categories of data, such as:
- Demographic and profile details
- Personal data
- Contact details (names, email addresses, physical address, phone numbers)
- Performance metrics and history
- Customer history
- Personal preferences
- Billing and Payment data (tax ID numbers, bank account numbers)
- Media files and information from media files
- Results from mystery shopping, mystery calling, mystery mailing or other marketing survey or service evaluation, market research and data collection and reporting
Personal data processed include but are not limited to:
- Customers /Clients
- Employees/Scheduling
- Suppliers
- Contacts
- Independent contractors
When possible, we indicate what information is required, mandatory and optional. You always have the option and choice to not provide any information or choose not to use a particular service or feature.
EyeSpy uses your information to improve your experience using EyeSpy’s website and to facilitate and ensure accurate services for our clients. We use information in the file we maintain about you, and other information we gather from your current and past activities on the website, to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our Terms of Service and User Agreement.
EyeSpy takes safeguarding your information seriously and complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the use, retention, collection and transfer of Personal Identifiable Information.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
How your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.eyespycc.com (the “Site”): When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device.
Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site.
We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.” We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to: Communicate with you;
- Screen orders or users for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may share your Personal Information with third parties to provide services, as described above. We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

DO NOT TRACK
We do not respond to a user’s DNT browser setting because even if we were to, we cannot control the DNT handling of third parties interacting with our site, such as Google Analytics, AdWords and others.
DATA RETENTION
We maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
CHANGES
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, without notice, in order to reflect changes to our practices or policies or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
