Nashville is buzzing with energy—music, great eats, and experiences waiting around every corner. After visiting three times in the past 6 months, I’ve rounded up some of my absolute favorites, blending industry insights with fun recommendations.

Brunch lovers should visit Buttermilk Ranch (above), a gorgeous space serving some of the best breakfast dishes in town. Best brunch in Nashville in my opinion.
For dining, The Twelve Thirty Club tops the list, combining sophisticated food with a chic atmosphere.
Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge is a Nashville staple with live country music. For a more exclusive experience, their VIP section is worth checking out. If you’re looking for variety, Morgan Wallen’s This Bar keeps things exciting by offering country on the first floor and house, hip-hop, and other genres on the upper levels. It’s perfect when you want to switch things up mid-night.
The Whiskey River Saloon (above) is the place to ride the mechanical bull—everyone needs to try it at least once.
Kid Rock’s Big Ass Honky Tonk brings an eclectic mix, playing everything from Fleetwood Mac to Ozzy, making it a hit for anyone who likes a little variety. For a change of pace, Bourbon Street Blues and Boogie Bar offers an incredible jazz and blues scene, a refreshing break from the honky-tonk vibes.
The Flamingo Cocktail Club is a hidden gem, popular with industry musicians and locals. It’s the perfect spot to unwind with great cocktails and live performances by some of the best musicians in the city.
If you’re in the mood to explore, head to the 12th South neighborhood, a vibrant area filled with great restaurants, boutiques, and cafes. The Gulch is another neighborhood worth checking out, offering upscale shopping and dining options that are perfect for entertaining clients.
For a taste of Nashville’s whiskey culture, visit Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery for a tour. It’s a must for anyone curious about Tennessee’s distilling history.
